If you selected any product to purchase, you have to put it in the basket. This can be done by clicking on the symbol of the basket next to the selected product or by clicking on “Put into basket” on the product page after defining all the necessary details (for example size of the T-shirts). Select all goods you would like to purchase in the same way. To finish the shopping, just click on the full basket (with displayed in up menu). All selected items will be displayed and you will be able to modify their quantity or delete individual items by clicking on Delete. Prices of all items and their sum are displayed. When you are happy with this form, click on “next” and you will be asked to fill in the contact form and select the way of delivering. The price of delivery will be added to total price. Once you have filled the contact information, slick on “Send” and your order will be completed.
The payment is possible in three ways:
- Bank transfer – After filling and sending of the order, it will be confirmed via e-mail and you will receive a variable symbol of your order, which should be used for the payment. Send the respective sum to our bank account. We will send you the products immediately when we receive the payment. (3-5 days)
- Online by Card - Visa International, Master Card Europe – If you choose this possibility, you will be redirected to 3D-Secure gateway where you can send money for your order to our bank account. The advantage of this method is quicker authorization of the payment directly from your VISA or MasterCard.(all in 1 day).
- Cash on delivery - This method is only for customers from Czech Republic. You will pay after you receive your package.
You can choose two ways of delivering goods:
- DPD – standard priority delivering service via DPD which will deliver the stuff to your home. (for products besides full bikes)
- Zasilkovna - you can pick up goods on any Zasilkovna store (for smaller products under 5kg)
- TNT - only for full bikes
- Personal taking over – you can pick your order up in our shop where you can pay in cash.
When you confirm your order by clicking on „Send“, the order is considered as binding.
The customer has a right to give the delivered product(s) back in 14 days after the delivery. If the customer wants to use this option, he/she has to give the goods back unused and undamaged, in the original package and with the complete content (including manual, guarantee form and all accessories).
Cancelling of the order by supplier. The supplier (skiboards.cz) reserves the right to cancel the order in following cases:
- the product has been sold out, or has not been delivered by the producer any more or its production was stopped
- the price or other details in the e-shop are wrong or contain typing error and the customer does not accept the corrected price or detailed description of the product or its type
- the producer changed significantly the price of the product and customer does not accept the change of the price
- If some of above listed situations occur, skiboards.cz team will immediately contact the customer in order to agree further procedure. In case the customer already paid part or the whole sum, this money will be send back to his/her account or address according to his/her instructions.
Reclamation procedure respects the Act. 40/1964 Sb., of the Civil Legal Code of Czech Republic. Reclamation can be done only in case the product is guarantee period. The guarantee period is defined in the description of all items in the catalogue.
The guarantee does not cover following events:
- the reclamation is applied after guarantee period
- the product was damaged by the fault of the customer
- the product was inappropriately installed, modified or repaired
- the product was used in contradiction to attached user manual
- the product was damaged by water, lightning, fire or electric impulse
- the information in the guarantee form was changed by an unauthorized person
Instructions on the right to withdraw
- Customer has the right to withdraw (=give back the stuff) in 14 days after delivery without stating the reason.
- The product can be given back only undamaged, unused and in original package.
- If the conditions under points 1 and 2 are fulfilled, the supplier will refund the payment immediately
- Delivery and a packaging fee is paid by the customer. Also fees for transfer of the money are paid by the customer.
Protection of personal data
The owner and operator of this e-shop commits that he will not provide your personal data to third parties. The necessary information will be given only to delivery service (name, address and phone number). Your data will be stored and secured according to law and used only for the communication between customer and supplier.
Reservation of mistakes and mistypings
Although we try to achieve maximum correctness and accuracy of all information and prices written in the e-shop, it is possible that the mistake or mistyping can occur in the name or type of product, its technical specifications, description, picture, product type, color or price. We do not guarantee the accuracy of the webpage content of the e-shop and reserve the right of actualization of the information in the e-shop without previous announcement.
